Step One:
Download the Clearwater Plus NZ Backup zip file from the course page or click HERE. Be sure that you save this to your desktop, so you can find this file easily. Name the file “Clearwater Backup File”.
Step Two:
Launch AccountRight Plus by double-clicking on this icon on your desktop. 
Step Three:
When you launch MYOB AccountRight Plus you will see the following screen. Choose ‘Restore a backup file’.
Step Four:
Click Browse and then find the backup file that you saved in Step One. Click on the file and then click “OK” at the bottom of the screen. Once you have attached the file go to the Save file section and type in “Clearwater Backup File” and then click Restore.
Step Five:
You should now see the Sign-on screen. There is no need to enter a password, just click on “OK” to open the Clearwater Company file which has now been reset to the default settings.
You have now reset the Clearwater file and you can start your assessment using this blank file.
