I can’t download the “Assessment: Bank Statement Download” file in Task 2. The link doesn’t work — how can I access it?

(For: MYOB Business Essentials Assessment)

If you're completing Task 2 of the MYOB Business Essentials assessment and the “Assessment: Bank Statement Download” link isn’t opening, here are two ways you can access the file:

Option 1: Use Ctrl + Click

The link appears in the Microsoft Word version of the assessment task.
To open it correctly:

  • Hold down Ctrl on your keyboard, then click the link.
    This should open or download the file in your browser.

Option 2: Access from the Course Page

If the link still doesn’t work:

  • Return to the same course page where you downloaded the assessment file.
  • Below that, you should see the Assessment: Bank Statement Download file listed as a separate item.

Rest assured, both methods provide access to the same file needed for Task 2.
