# I can’t download the “Assessment: Bank Statement Download” file in Task 2. The link doesn’t work — how can I access it?

**(For: MYOB Business Essentials Assessment)**

If you're completing **Task 2** of the *MYOB Business Essentials* assessment and the **“Assessment: Bank Statement Download”** link isn’t opening, here are two ways you can access the file:

**Option 1: Use Ctrl + Click**

The link appears in the **Microsoft Word version** of the assessment task.  
To open it correctly:

- Hold down **Ctrl** on your keyboard, then **click** the link.  
  This should open or download the file in your browser.

**Option 2: Access from the Course Page**

If the link still doesn’t work:

- Return to the same **course page** where you downloaded the assessment file.
- Below that, you should see the **Assessment:** **Bank Statement Download** file listed as a separate item.

Rest assured, both methods provide access to the same file needed for Task 2.
