# I haven’t received my Xero login email – what should I do?

If you're waiting for a Xero login email from The Career Academy, it’s important to understand that **The Career Academy does not provide Xero login credentials**. Instead, you are expected to create your own Xero trial account as part of your course learning experience.

**What You Need to Know**

Your **Introduction to Xero Online** module includes a specific lesson titled *Sign up with Xero,* which guides you through the process of setting up your own trial account.

You will use **your personal email address and a password of your choice** to register directly on the Xero website.

**Why Use a Personal Email?**

Using your own email to create a trial account is strongly recommended for the following reasons:

- Keeps your learning separate from any existing business data
- Prevents unintentional errors while completing practice exercises or assessments
- Gives you full control over your learning environment
- Ensures smooth progress tracking and assessment submission
