If you're seeing a “No Job Found” message while completing an activity in MYOB, it’s usually because a Job hasn’t been created or wasn’t saved properly.
Here’s how to fix it:
Create or verify your job
- Go to Accounting > Jobs
- Check if the job you need is listed
- If yes, make sure it was saved properly
- If no jobs appear, click “Create job”
- Fill in the required fields as per your course or assessment
- Click Save
If the job doesn’t show right away, try refreshing the page.
If the issue persists, log out and log back in, or switch to a different browser.
Rest assured, once the job has been created and saved successfully, the message will disappear and you’ll be able to assign entries as needed.
