Before starting the Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Accounting, you’ll be required to complete a Prior Knowledge Quiz. This quiz helps us ensure you have the foundational accounting knowledge needed to succeed in this more advanced course.
Please note: This quiz is not part of the actual course content, but passing it is a mandatory requirement to begin your Diploma or Advanced Certificate.
Before You Start the Quiz, Please Read Carefully:
- You are permitted two attempts to pass the quiz.
- You will have four hours to complete the quiz from the moment you begin. The timer cannot be paused, so make sure you can dedicate up to 4 uninterrupted hours.
- Most questions are multiple choice, and you must choose the best answer(s). Some questions may require more than one selection, so please read each one carefully.
- You must achieve a score of at least 80 out of 100 to pass.
- If you do not pass after two attempts, you may not be able to proceed to the Diploma level.
- If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the tutor team before attempting the quiz.
Why This Quiz Matters
The Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Accounting is not an entry-level course like the Certificate in Accounting. The step up in complexity is significant, and this quiz is designed to make sure you have the solid foundation needed to succeed.
