Reset or change country of the Xero Demo Company

The Xero Demo Company is already set up with its own data. The Demo Company is reset every 28 days, which means you will lose any data that you have entered after this time.

You can reset the Demo Company at any time by clicking the ‘Reset’ link on the ‘My Xero’ Home Page. This will remove all the data you have entered. 

Please follow these steps to reset your Demo Company:

1.  Click on the Demo Company account name at the top left and then click on My Xero

2. Now you will see the following screen - you can see a couple of options here - Reset or Change Country.

3. The Reset button will reset all the information YOU have entered into the system. If you're resetting the Demo Company, all of the pre-existing data will still be available to work with after each reset.

If you reset your own Company, everything previously entered will be deleted. You will then be able to start from the beginning again and enter your data - this can be done as many times as you wish!

The Change Country button will give you the option of working in several different country settings.
