# Where can I find my Xero email address and password for login?

When accessing your Xero account, you will need to use the **email address and password** that **you entered** when creating your **Xero trial account**.

The Career Academy does **not** provide login credentials for Xero. As part of your **Introduction to Xero Online** module, you are required to sign up for your **trial account** using a personal email address.

**Forgot Your Login Details?**

If you can’t remember your login credentials: **Go to the link** [**HERE**](https://login.xero.com/identity/user/login?ReturnUrl=%2Fidentity%2Fconnect%2Fauthorize%2Fcallback%3Fclient_id%3Dxero_business_xeroweb_hybrid-web%26redirect_uri%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fgo.xero.com%252Fsignin-oidc%26response_mode%3Dform_post%26response_type%3Dcode%2520id_token%26scope%3Dxero_all-apis%2520openid%2520email%2520profile%26state%3DOpenIdConnect.AuthenticationProperties%253DEUCXyyiQPA7O5yPfiDtikJX292p6SgtLsol-EYohifWMrHL9pVHnO0_7hiFintMKW1SJ8bzVPrwpoqArH9lHUi96Nm0ncxJjk23ITpYDgtoUBkWmBOBf2N_r-cqmL1DZZoZ9WMCYqN2I-abskIXmT_3sxt9Fil4XPx-Q-9EcAkuOJ9JfZS07njwYWPw8gHg8BqG0f7lP2puBCCZvhcAn9vroC0g%26nonce%3D638864998971321253.ZDY4NDc2N2MtMWQ5ZS00YTViLWIzNjktYjZlZTY1NDQ4MTc5NDk1NmM4MWItMWIxMi00YjdjLTliYjgtYzc5ZjM1ZWZkN2Yw%26x-client-SKU%3DID_NET451%26x-client-ver%3D1.3.14.0)

Click **“Forgot password?”** and follow the prompts to reset your password using your registered email address.

**Need Help Setting Up?**

If you're unsure where to begin, we recommend referring to your course module in **Introduction to Xero Online**, specifically the lesson titled *Sign Up with Xero.*

This lesson provides clear, step-by-step instructions on how to create your own Xero Trial Account, which is an essential first step in getting started with the platform. Following the guide will help ensure your account is set up correctly so you can begin exploring and practicing with confidence.

If you need help confirming your setup, feel free to contact our **Support Team** (tutor@thecareeracademy.com).
