Why is my course module progress not showing 100%?

If your course module progress isn't reflecting as 100%, don’t worry—this is a common issue that can usually be resolved by checking a few key areas. Below are the most common reasons why your progress may still appear incomplete:

 

  1. You haven’t fully completed the course material

To ensure your progress is properly recorded:

  • Make sure you’ve accessed every page of the course module.
  • After finishing the final topic, click the “Exit Course/Exit Book” button.

This step is important as it signals to the system that you’ve completed the module.

If you skip this step, your progress may not be updated—even if you've viewed all the content.

  1. You haven’t passed the quiz with the required score

Each quiz within the module must be completed with at least an 80% passing grade in order for the course to be tagged as complete.

  • Students are allowed up to 5 attempts per regular quiz.
  • If you do not reach the passing grade, your module will remain incomplete.
  • Need more attempts? You can contact the Support Team to request an additional attempt.

If you've:

  • Completed the course material
  • Passed the required quiz with a minimum of 80% grade

Then your progress bar should automatically update to show 100% complete.
