# How do I access the program Certificate in Medical Transcription?

Regarding the program Certificate in Medical Transcription, you will need to contact the Student Services team directly (via email [support@thecareeracademy.com](mailto:support@thecareeracademy.com)) to complete your "Certificate in Medical Transcription" course.

If you'd like us to forward your request to be enrolled in the Certificate in Medical Transcription offered through Ed2Go, please let us know and we can escalate it on your behalf.

Once enrolled, you will receive confirmation that you have been enrolled in the Certificate in Medical Transcription and work through the course material.

Access to this course for up to 3 months but **please be aware that there is no extension available for this portion of the Diploma.**
