How can I update my details?

What is the “Update My Details” form?

The Update My Details form allows students to request changes to their personal information held by The Career Academy, such as contact details. This form is available online and within the student dashboard (Totara).

Where can I access the Update My Details form?

You can access the form via the student-facing link: https://www.thecareeracademy.com/update-your-details
The form is also accessible directly through your Totara dashboard.

What details can I update using this form?

You can request updates to the following information:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Residential or postal address
• Payment Details

What happens after I submit the form?

Once submitted:

• Your request is automatically sent to the Student Services team.
• A support ticket is created so the team can action your request.
• Staff with authorised access will review and update your details securely.

How long does it take for my request to be processed?

Please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be actioned.

Will I be notified once my details are updated?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.

Why might I see different email options in the form?

Some students:

• Use a personal email for course access, and
• Use a business or employer email for payments or employer-sponsored enrolments.

The form allows you to clearly specify which email address should be updated to avoid any disruption to your course access or communications.
