I can't log in

If you're having trouble accessing your learning platform, don’t worry—it’s usually a quick fix! You may just need to reset your password.

Step-by-Step: How to Reset Your Password

1.  Go to the login page of your learning platform.

2. Click on the “Forgotten your username or password?” link located just below the Enter button.

3.  You’ll be taken to a Password Reset page.

4.  Under the "Search by email address" section, enter the email address you used when you enrolled in your program.

5.  Click Search.

6.  Within 10 minutes, you should receive an email with a password reset link.

7.  Click the link in that email to confirm your password reset request and follow the instructions to set a new password.
