I have completed my assessment and received a ‘Pass’ grade, but my progress bar is still orange. Why is this?

Generally this is due to you having missed a quiz in this module or you have not gone through your course notes and clicked on the "exit chapter" at the end. If you go back , check and complete the quiz or finish the notes, you should find that your progress bar turns green.

If the course still shows as In Progress, please reach out to the support team via the orange Help button or by emailing support@thecareeracademy.com and they will investigate this for you.
