I have failed my 3rd attempt of my assessment or assignment, what do I do now?

You are allowed up to three attempts to successfully complete each assignment in your course. These attempts are designed to give you time to review feedback, improve your responses, and deepen your understanding of the topic.

After Three Attempts

If you’re unable to pass your assignment after three tries, don’t worry—help is available.

Simply contact your tutor sending an email to support@thecareeracademy.com and the tutors will further advise you.

Important - Assessments & Assignment have 3 attempts and for extra attempts - students need to reach out to the Tutor Team. Module Quizzes have 5 attempts with no time limit and the Prior Knowledge Quiz (PKQ) has two attempts with a time limit.
