I was told I would get a free tablet/travel voucher. When will I receive this?

We keep records of everything that you were eligible for when you enrolled. If you are waiting on your travel or travel voucher, please contact Student Services at support@thecareeracademy.com and they will be able to give you a specific timeframe.

Please note:

The policy is that the tablet will be dispatched once 4 successful payments have been made and received.

This means that the tablet is typically sent once all 4 payments have been made and your account is fully up to date.

If you have made an upfront full payment, this will be dispatched once your cooling off period has passed.
