Student ID Cards – The Career Academy

Student ID cards for The Career Academy are currently being prepared and will be sent out shortly.

Once available, eligible students will automatically receive their Student ID. No application or request is required at this stage.

Please note:

  • Student IDs are not available immediately upon enrolment

  • There is no virtual or digital Student ID available at this time

  • Further details about the format and delivery of Student IDs will be shared once your ID is ready for dispatch. 

If you have already enrolled, there is nothing you need to do right now. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update as soon as Student IDs are ready to be issued.

To ensure consistent, accurate responses to Student ID enquiries and prevent incorrect information being shared with students.

✅ What AI and Support Staff CAN say

  • Student ID cards are being prepared and will be sent out shortly

  • Students do not need to apply for a Student ID

  • An update will be shared the student's ID is ready. 

  • Students should contact support@thecareeracademy.com if they have questions

❌ What AI and Support Staff MUST NOT say

  • Do not mention:

    • Virtual or digital Student IDs

    • Discounts, benefits, or third-party offers

    • Verification for travel, food, entertainment, or retail

  • Do not request ID documents (e.g. driver’s licence, passport)

  • Do not state that Student IDs are already available or uploaded

  • Do not reference Support Lake, Totara, or internal systems

🔁 Correct Response for Incoming Enquiries

If a student asks about a Student ID:

“Student ID cards are currently being prepared and will be sent out shortly. There’s nothing you need to do at this stage, and we’ll share more information once the ID is ready for dispatch.”

🚨 Important Internal Note
