Student ID Cards – The Career Academy

Student ID Cards (Virtual Only)
The Career Academy issues virtual (digital) Student ID cards only.
We do not issue physical Student ID cards.

Eligibility – Who Can Receive a Student ID?
Student ID cards are only available to students based in New Zealand (and other approved regions, where applicable).
Students outside of these regions are not eligible to receive a Student ID card.

When Is a Student ID Issued?
Your virtual Student ID will be issued once all of the following have been completed:

• Your first payment has been received

• You have provided a valid government-issued photo ID

• The cooling-off period has passed

Once these requirements are met, your Student ID will be processed and issued digitally.

Do I Need to Apply?
There is no separate application form for a Student ID. However, you must ensure:

• Your first payment has been made

• A valid government-issued photo ID has been submitted (if requested)

If any required documentation is missing, this may delay the issuing of your Student ID.

Important Notes

• Student IDs are issued in digital format only

• Physical cards are not available

• IDs are not generated immediately upon enrolment

• Processing will only begin once all eligibility requirements are met

• Student IDs are only issued to eligible regions (New Zealand and approved locations)
