What happens if I do not complete all assessments before the due date?

If you are unable to complete all your assessments before your course’s due date, there are a few important things to know about your course completion and certification.

Requesting a course extension: If you need more time, you can request a course extension by contacting the Student Services (SS) Team at support@thecareeracademy.com

• The team usually responds within 24 hours.
• Extending your course allows you to complete all assessments and make full use of the courses you have paid for.

If you choose not to continue:

• Only certificates for successfully completed courses will be issued.
• Your Transcript of Records (TOR) will be updated to show only the courses you completed.

Recommendation: To get the most value from your course and ensure full certification, it is strongly recommended that you request a course extension if you cannot finish all assessments by the due date.
