If you are enrolled in more than one course please state which course you would like the notes for under Additional Information. 

If you are on a current payment plan, these will be dispatched once your first payment has been successfully made, and you have passed your 10-day cooling off period. If payment has been made, then these will be dispatched upon passing the 10-day cooling off period. For Ireland there is a 14 day cooling off period before these will be sent.
