How to Confirm and Process Your Student Membership

Welcome! If you’ve received a student membership offer and confirmed your interest, here’s how we’ll get you set up so you can start learning right away.

Step 1: Confirm Your Interest

Once you receive a membership offer, simply reply YES to confirm that you’d like to take up the membership. This lets us know you’re ready to proceed.

Step 2: Membership Processing

After your confirmation:

• Our Student Success team will process your membership. There’s no need to re-enrol online if you’ve already confirmed your interest.

• Your enrolment will be activated, and your information will be verified.

Step 3: Welcome Email and Access

Once your membership is confirmed:

• You will receive a welcome email from your tutor within one working day.

• This email will include your login details, so you can immediately access your courses and learning materials.
