Please ensure to check your spam / Junk folder as this may have gone there. Alternatively, you can reset your login information by selecting the “Forgot Password” option located on your dashboard, where you will be able to reset a new password. To reset your password you will receive an email with a link. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, please contact Student Services at support@thecareeracademy.com so our support team can reset your password manually and email the details to you as soon as possible.
