Why can't I access my course?

If you attempt to log in to The Career Academy online platform and find that either you cannot log in or you cannot access your course after logging in, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • Your Debitsuccess Account is now in Debt Collection, and your course has been suspended until payment is made. Students are no longer suspended even if they are overdue. They are only suspended when sent out to external Debt Collection. 
  • Your course has reached its completion date.
  • You are using the wrong username and/or password to log in.
  • You are logging in to the wrong learning platform.
  • The Career Academy learning platform is undergoing temporary maintenance.

Make sure you check your emails as you would have received correspondence from us regarding any overdue payments.

The welcome email you received upon enrollment states your completion date for your certificate or diploma.

You can reset your password on the login page by clicking the link “Forgot Password”

Alternatively, the Student Services Team can reset your password for you if you like and send you a new login details, in order for that to happen, please contact our Student Services team via the following methods:
